A House for the Storm

A House for the Storm imagines architecture as a fragile structure suspended within a turbulent natural force. Timber volumes, curved enclosures, and delicate structural lines are engulfed by an expanding field of cloud-like matter, vegetation, and atmospheric movement.

Warm wood tones contrast with pale gray, blue, ochre, and muted red, creating a composition that shifts between shelter and exposure, stability and transformation. The house appears less as an isolated object than as something shaped by the storm surrounding it.

Printed on 315 gsm Cold Press Watercolour Paper, the textured matte surface enhances the layered linework, tonal variation, and tactile depth of the image.

Available in four proportional sizes: 9×12, 18×24, 24×32, and 36×48 inches.
