Refund policy
Returns
Original artworks and sculptures may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and original packaging.
To request a return, contact us at contact@adelavega.shop before sending the item back. If the return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, an insured return shipping label.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund.
Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Fine Art Prints
Fine Art Prints are produced to order. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or with a production-quality issue, please contact us at contact@adelavega.shop as soon as possible and include photographs showing the problem and the packaging.
We will provide, as appropriate, a replacement or refund for verified production defects or shipping damage.
Except where required by applicable consumer law, we do not accept returns of made-to-order Fine Art Prints solely because of a change of preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error, a defective product, shipping damage, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
European Union and United Kingdom Customers
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to customers in the European Union or United Kingdom. Where applicable law provides a statutory right to cancel or return an order, those rights will apply regardless of the provisions above.
